Rupasri Sikdar Lloyd

Rupasri Sikdar Lloyd serves as a shareholder at GrayRobinson in both Gainesville and Jacksonville. With nearly two decades of experience and a certificate in health law, she focuses her practice on health care operational, corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. Her expertise includes advising on privacy and data security, fraud and abuse, corporate governance, labor relations, licensure, discipline, quality improvement, and healthcare risk management.

Rupasri is adept at conducting due diligence and preparing and negotiating agreements related to telehealth, software licensing, EMR, work sale and acquisition, medical equipment, real property leases, physician employment, and medical directorships.

She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Pennsylvania. An elected member of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Health Law Section, she is also an approved Mediator with the American Health Lawyers Dispute Resolution Service.

Rupasri has contributed articles to the American Health Lawyers Association and MGMA, and has lectured on health law topics as an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate Healthcare Compliance program. Additionally, she has been a guest lecturer at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a visiting Professor of Law at the University of Toledo College of Law.
