Arianna M. Mendez

Raised in Miami by working-class immigrant parents from Cuba, Arianna M. Mendez learned early on the importance of the rule of law and the virtues of honesty and respect. These foundational lessons have shaped her journey through college, graduate school, and law school, ultimately influencing her professional path.

Before establishing her own practice, Arianna gained valuable experience at a civil litigation law firm in Cutler Bay, Florida. There, she honed her expertise in breach of contract, insurance law, business law, appellate law, consumer protection claims, real estate law, and condominium law. She played a pivotal role in launching the firm's Appellate division and served as Second Chair in civil appellate cases.

Arianna is admitted to practice in the United States Southern District of Florida and is also a Florida Supreme Court County Mediator. Her decision to open her own law practice in South Florida was driven by her desire to provide comprehensive litigation services, guided by her firm's core principles: Excellence, Integrity, and Perseverance.

Her approach to law emphasizes achieving optimal results for clients, maintaining high standards, and encouraging client involvement.
