Robert K. Savage

Robert K. Savage has built a distinguished career in investment loss recovery, representing clients in Hillsborough County, Florida. A New Jersey native, he moved to Florida for college, earning his law degree and MBA from the University of Florida. Since joining the Florida Bar in January 1994, Mr. Savage has been committed to helping clients recover investment losses.

Licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the Federal District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, Mr. Savage uses his extensive legal knowledge to represent investors in arbitration. He has successfully pursued brokerage firms and registered investment advisors, recovering tens of millions in losses for his clients.

Mr. Savage's professional journey includes serving as senior in-house counsel and chief compliance officer at a large regional brokerage firm. His regulatory experience comes from his role with the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD), now known as FINRA, where he investigated customer complaints against brokerage firms and registered representatives.

From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Savage contributed to legal education as a faculty member at two law schools. He founded legal clinics at Florida International University School of Law and Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, providing free legal services to those in need.
