David E. Rosenberg

David E. Rosenberg, born in New Haven, Connecticut, on April 16, 1967, is a dedicated personal injury and workers' compensation lawyer practicing in Hollywood, Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and Florida Workers' Advocates.

David graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, in 1989, and earned his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law in 1992. During law school, he was an Associate Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law from 1990 to 1992.

David's practice encompasses a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, and complex cases involving the Jones Act and Longshoreman injuries. He also handles truck and plane accidents, trip and fall incidents, and other maritime or at-sea accidents.

Following in the footsteps of his father, Abe Rosenberg, who founded the firm over 35 years ago, David has continued the family legacy alongside his brother, Paul Rosenberg. Together, the Rosenberg family has over 70 years of combined experience in advocating for the rights of personal injury victims in South Florida.
