Mark Roseman

Mark Roseman, an accomplished attorney in Hollywood, Florida, graduated from Dartmouth College in 1964 and earned his law degree from Boston University Law School in 1967. Since joining the Florida Bar in 1980, he has focused on drafting estate planning documents and managing probate cases for personal representatives and creditors.

With a keen interest in elder law, Mark has extensive experience in creating special needs trusts and assisting clients with Medicaid applications. His work often involves asset protection strategies for clients whose assets initially disqualified them from Medicaid eligibility for long-term care.

As an active member of both the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, Mark is dedicated to addressing the legal needs of senior citizens.
