Michael Throneberry

Attorney Michael Throneberry has dedicated nearly two decades to representing victims of mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer. He plays an integral role in each case at the Firm, preparing clients for depositions, overseeing discovery, and negotiating favorable outcomes.

Attorney Throneberry's legal career began at a prominent firm in St. Louis, where he specialized in commercial litigation for individuals, small businesses, and multinational corporations. His personal loss of a father-in-law to mesothelioma redirected his focus entirely toward assisting asbestos exposure victims, particularly those with mesothelioma.

His experience was further honed as a trial team leader at a nationally recognized plaintiff's asbestos litigation firm, where he managed cases for hundreds of clients, achieving substantial recoveries. His expertise in Asbestos/Mesothelioma law earned him the position of President of the Top 10 National Asbestos/Mesothelioma Trial Lawyers for 2025.

Michael Throneberry holds a Civil Engineering degree from Purdue University and served with the United States Army Corps of Engineers. He later earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Marshall University and a J.D. from the law school at Washington University in St. Louis.
