Michelle Incandela

Michelle Incandela began her legal career after obtaining her J.D. in 1997 from the City University School of Law at Queens College. She initially practiced in New York at Longo & D’Apice, Esq., a firm specializing in insurance defense. Here, Michelle honed her skills in civil litigation, representing defendants and insurance companies.

In 2001, Michelle relocated to Florida, where she shifted her focus exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death cases. Her background in insurance defense gives her unique insight into the strategies of insurance companies, benefiting her clients significantly. As she puts it, understanding the 'other side of the table' enhances her effectiveness in advocating for injured plaintiffs.

Michelle is passionate about fostering strong relationships with her clients, emphasizing open communication and trust. She believes in making the legal process as smooth and reassuring as possible, stating, "My goal is to make every client feel as though they are my only client."

Outside of her legal practice, Michelle enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband, two daughters, and former shelter dogs, Chance and Milo. Her oldest daughter, Gina Marie, is known as the "Orlando Magic Good Luck Charm" and performs nationally, while her younger daughter, Lexi, is a published writer and junior chef. Michelle and her daughters share a love for baking, often bringing homemade treats to the office.
