Stephanie Boomershine

Stephanie M. Boomershine is a seasoned attorney dedicated to protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights for businesses and creatives throughout Orlando, Clermont, Gainesville, Kissimmee, Leesburg, Melbourne, Ocala, Orange City, St. Cloud, The Villages, and Titusville. With more than a decade of experience, she has successfully litigated and resolved disputes involving trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret, patent, and domain-name issues in both state and federal courts across the nation.

Stephanie represents both brand owners and accused infringers, including some of the world’s largest intellectual property holders.
