M. Scott Kleiman brings 30 years of extensive legal experience to clients throughout Florida, including Dade and Broward. His practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactional law, following a substantial career in commercial litigation. He continues to handle select litigation cases, particularly in commercial and real estate contexts, such as lender-borrower disputes, foreclosures, landlord-tenant issues, partnership and shareholder conflicts, and consumer and collection cases.

In the realm of real estate transactions, Mr. Kleiman's expertise covers a broad spectrum, including the purchase and sale of both commercial and residential properties, real estate-secured lending like construction and refinancing, and commercial and residential leasing.
