Shannon J. Sagan

Shannon J. Sagan began his legal career while studying at the University of Central Florida, where he interned at a leading insurance defense firm. This role provided him with crucial insights into defense strategies, particularly for clients such as major theme parks and automotive companies.

After completing his degree, Shannon returned to West Palm Beach and pursued law at Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, he gained practical experience working as a paralegal under a seasoned attorney with over 44 years of practice. This mentorship allowed him to apply academic theories to real cases, including negotiating substantial settlements.

Upon graduating, Shannon joined a small personal injury firm, quickly advancing to partner within two years. In June 2008, he founded the Law Offices of Shannon J. Sagan, P.A., focusing on personal injury law.

Outside of his legal practice, Shannon enjoys Muay Thai, live music, classic car exhibits, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. His personal experience with a severe rollover accident gives him a unique empathy and insight into the challenges faced by his clients.
