About Ramil A. Kaminsky
Ramil A. Kaminsky, a first-generation American, was born to Jewish Uzbek immigrants who left the Soviet Union to escape religious persecution. Raised in Brighton Beach, NY, Ramil learned early on about the challenges of communism and the opportunities in America. His parents, supportive of his career choices, encouraged him to pursue either law, medicine, or accounting.

He stayed local for college, attending the University of South Florida, where he graduated with dual degrees in Psychology and Biomedical Sciences. He then pursued his legal education at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, earning his Juris Doctor.
During his time at Stetson, Ramil was recognized with the Mark L. Levine Award for his personal and professional growth. He held leadership roles as President of both the Calvin A. Kuenzel Student Bar Association and the Jewish Law Student Association. His practical experience includes working as a certified legal intern for the Office of the State’s Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, a law clerk for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, and internships with Washpat, LLC, and the Florida Office of the Attorney General Children's Legal Services Department.
