Bryan W. Gort

Bryan W. Gort is a distinguished attorney at Parker MacIntyre, where he provides expert regulatory and compliance services to registered investment advisers (RIAs). He efficiently handles the firm's regulatory deadlines and supervises associates in managing RIA compliance.

Mr. Gort excels in drafting key documents such as Investment Advisory Agreements, disclosure documents—including Form ADV Parts 1 and 2, Form U4, and point of sale disclosures—and compliance manuals. Since 2013, he has developed solutions for the challenges faced by RIAs and has guided them through SEC and state regulatory examinations.

His role involves offering compliance advice to RIA and broker-dealer clients and staying informed on the latest securities regulations, including cybersecurity, advertising, and custody.
