John M. Foy

John M. Foy, a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, established the law firm John Foy & Associates, P.C. in Georgia. Since his admission to the State Bar of Georgia and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia in 1993, he has exclusively dedicated his career to personal injury and insurance law.

Mr. Foy, an alumnus of Marquette University High School, earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Dayton and his J.D. from the Ohio Northern University School of Law. His practice is committed 100% to advocating for victims of negligence, focusing on wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and punitive damage claims.

Throughout Georgia, Mr. Foy has conducted numerous jury trials and has significant experience in handling premises liability cases.
