Justin Goodman

Justin Goodman, a seasoned criminal defense attorney in Acworth, Georgia, holds a law degree from Georgia State University College of Law (2006) and a bachelor's from Emory University (2001). During law school, he honed his skills in criminal law through internships with the Georgia Innocence Project and the Federal Defender Program for the Northern District of Georgia. He further enhanced his litigation abilities with Atlanta Legal Aid and the Fulton County Jail Project, earning the College of Law's Public Service Award.

Justin began his legal career in 2006 at the Office of the Solicitor General in Clayton County, Georgia, where he managed a variety of misdemeanor cases, including DUI, traffic violations, vehicular homicide, and domestic violence. He then served as an Assistant District Counsel in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, for three years, handling both misdemeanor and felony cases in a prestigious District Attorney's office.

In 2010, Justin returned to metro Atlanta as a supervising attorney at Clayton County's Office of the Solicitor General. Throughout his career, he has managed thousands of criminal matters and conducted over 50 jury trials. Since April 2015, he has been with George C. Creal, Jr., P.C., leveraging his expertise and relationships with prosecutors, police, and judges to secure just outcomes for clients across Georgia.
