Pearce Taylor

Pearce W. J. Taylor is a dedicated attorney at Hasner Law Injury & Workers’ Reimbursement Attorneys, specializing in Georgia workers' compensation law. Previously, Pearce represented employers and insurance carriers in complex workers' settlement cases, which provided him with invaluable defense-side insights. Today, he uses this strategic perspective to advocate effectively for injured workers, guiding them through the legal process to secure the maximum benefits possible.

Pearce's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he was actively involved in the Moot Court team and held a leadership role on the Dean Search Committee. His early career included clerking for the Jacksonville Ethics Commission and gaining litigation experience in private practice.

Admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, Pearce is a proactive member of the State Bar of Georgia. His expertise was recognized when he was chosen to present at the 2025 Georgia Workers’ Compensation Law Institute, leading a panel on advanced motion strategy and the art of crafting effective legal briefs.

Outside of his legal career, Pearce enjoys spending quality time with his wife, their two sons, and their pets. He leads an active lifestyle with interests in camping, hiking, and CrossFit.
