Tyler Comer

Tyler Comer is a prominent African American female lawyer in the metro Atlanta area, known for her expertise in Estate Planning and Probate. A second-generation HBCU graduate, she holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hampton University, an M.P.A. from North Carolina Central University, and a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

In 2020, Tyler was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. She actively participates in the Fiduciary Section and is authorized to practice in the Superior and State Courts of Georgia, all lower courts of the state, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Tyler began her legal career as a prosecutor for the City of Atlanta. Her interest in estate planning led her to work extensively on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and probate processes. She later became a leading estate planning attorney at a large international law firm, where she focused on drafting trusts, handling probate litigation, and establishing guardianships and conservatorships.

The only child of a physician and an engineer, Tyler is deeply involved in her community, church, and sorority. She enjoys international travel and volunteering to support the elderly.

Tyler is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the Georgia Bar Association, Gwinnett County Bar Association, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL), and the Atlanta Bar Association, all within their respective Estate Planning and Probate Sections.
