Andrew Michael Winslett

Andrew Michael Winslett is an associate attorney at Meriwether & Tharp, LLC in Alpharetta, Georgia. Born and raised in Georgia, he graduated from Mercer University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Law, Public Policy & Ethics, and a minor in Economics. He was part of the inaugural class inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and earned the "Mercer Bear" award for his significant contributions to the university.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Andrew attended law school at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC. There, he gained valuable experience working in the Elder Law Clinic, where he assisted seniors with Medicare, estate planning, and end-of-life decisions. His dedication to public service was recognized as he joined the Pro Bono Honors Society, contributing to initiatives like Teen Court and the Expungement Clinic.

Upon returning to Georgia, Andrew began practicing family law at a small private firm, where he developed expertise in divorce, child custody, child support, and equitable division of marital assets. His commitment to his clients and community is evident in his professional endeavors.

Outside of his legal practice, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsey, and their black lab, Pippa. A passionate hiker, he aims to visit all 63 national parks and has already explored about half of them. He also enjoys reading, following the Boston Red Sox, and hiking.
