Blair Dorminey

Blair Dorminey is a highly experienced attorney based in Athens, Georgia, focusing exclusively on immigration and nationality law since 2001 as a principal at Dorminey & Cox, LLC. He holds a law degree from Yale Law School and has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1984.

Mr. Dorminey has a distinguished background in both litigation and international matters, having served in the U.S. Department of Justice, the White House, and the National Security Council. His government roles included significant involvement in immigration policy, particularly concerning refugee and asylum issues.

He is admitted to practice in all U.S. immigration courts, all Georgia courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
