Jay Sadd

Jay Sadd is a founding partner of Slappey & Sadd LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. With more than 30 years of judicial expertise, he is committed to advocating for individuals who have suffered severe injuries and families who have lost loved ones due to others' misconduct or negligence.

Mr. Sadd has served as lead counsel in cases where clients received or recovered substantial awards, including $22,000,000, $18,000,000, $17,000,000, and $10,250,000, alongside numerous confidential settlements. His practice areas encompass high-damage disputes arising from car and truck collisions, medical malpractice, and hazardous premises.

Mr. Sadd earned his J.D. from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Georgia, including the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and all Superior and State Courts. He is also admitted to the Federal Bar, practicing in the United States District Courts of Georgia.
