Joshua William Branch

Joshua William Branch is a dedicated personal injury trial attorney with nearly ten years of experience advocating for victims in the Athens/Atlanta region. His legal journey began at 16 when he started working at a law firm during high school. Joshua pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and earned his law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.

Joshua's legal career commenced in Pensacola, Florida, where he initially worked at an insurance defense firm. Despite this initial focus, his true passion lay in representing individuals rather than corporations. After Hurricane Ivan, Joshua relocated to Athens, Georgia, where he remains committed to seeking justice for plaintiffs.

In addition to his legal work, Joshua is actively involved in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Athens Area Habitat for Humanity and supports local charities such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Northeast Georgia Foodbank. Joshua also chairs the People's Law School, a free community initiative aimed at increasing public understanding of basic courtroom issues.

Outside of his professional commitments, Joshua enjoys sports, politics, and music. He continues to be licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Florida.
