Mr. Samuel E. Thomas

Samuel E. Thomas, a lifelong resident of Athens, Georgia, has deep roots in the community as a fourth-generation small business owner. He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2010 and earned his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2012. Admitted to the bar in June 2013, Samuel is qualified to practice in all State and Superior Courts in Georgia, as well as the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

In addition to his legal practice, Samuel plays an active role in the American Bar Association. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Solo/Small Office of the Young Lawyers Division. His leadership extends to the Family Law Section, where he is the Chair of the Child Support Committee and previously served as Co-Chair of the Law Practice Committee.
