Bryan W. Gort

Bryan W. Gort is a dedicated attorney at Parker MacIntyre in Atlanta, Georgia, where he focuses on regulatory and compliance-related services for registered investment advisers (RIAs). Since 2013, he has been instrumental in crafting solutions for the challenges faced by RIAs in the courtroom.

In his role, Mr. Gort manages the firm's regulatory deadlines, oversees the work of associates, and routinely drafts critical documents such as Investment Advisory Agreements and disclosure documents, including Form ADV Parts 1 and 2, Form U4, and point of sale disclosures. He is also responsible for creating compliance manual procedures and other essential documents for RIAs.

During his college years, he was a nationally competitive policy debater, achieving both individual and team accolades.
