Mark Cobb

Mark Cobb is the founding member of The Cobb Law Group, a firm dedicated to serving the legal needs of developers, contractors, subcontractors, and materialmen across Georgia. With more than 25 years of experience in Georgia Construction Law, Mark has represented a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, international organizations, and local businesses.

Mark graduated from Washington and Lee University, a prestigious tier-one law school, and has established himself as a leader in construction law. He frequently publishes and lectures on various topics, such as construction contract negotiation, materialmen's liens, Miller Act and payment bond claims, and delay damages.

Recently, Mark edited a publication for the American Bar Association on 50-State lien law and was a featured speaker at an AIA contract document workshop. He possesses a deep understanding of the business challenges within the construction industry, especially in an era of tightening margins.

As a certified mediator, Mark leverages his problem-solving skills to advocate for clients and serve as a neutral third-party mediator. His approach often involves innovative thinking to address complex legal issues effectively.
