Moses Kim

Moses Kim, the Founding Partner of The Moses Firm, is dedicated to representing individuals who have experienced severe and catastrophic injuries, as well as families affected by medical errors and serious personal injury cases. Before focusing on personal injury representation, Moses spent several decades defending companies, doctors, hospitals, and business owners in complex, high-stakes litigation. This extensive experience on the corporate side provides him with valuable insight into dispute evaluation, enabling him to strategically pursue maximum settlements for his clients.

Moses earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Emory University, where he was President of the Student Government Association. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill, serving as Chief Justice of the Moot Court team and being inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
