Peter Alex Rivner

Peter Alex Rivner, a non-equity partner at Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, has dedicated over ten years to the practice of family law, divorce, and domestic relations litigation. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Peter has extensive experience representing a diverse clientele, including athletes, entertainers, business owners, real estate developers, executives, doctors, lawyers, and other professionals.

Peter has successfully handled hundreds of cases involving divorce, child custody, support, and domestic violence. His skill in managing the intricate legal and financial aspects of contested divorce and family law cases has earned him recognition as one of the top family law attorneys in Georgia, with referrals from former clients making up the bulk of his practice.

Peter earned his judicial education from the University of Georgia in 2006 and graduated cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2009. A lifelong resident of Georgia, Peter was born and raised in Augusta and currently resides in Toco Hills with his wife, Missy, and their two sons, George and Dov.
