Tyler Comer

Tyler Comer, a prominent African American female lawyer in the metro Atlanta area, is renowned for her expertise in Estate Planning and Probate. As a second-generation HBCU graduate, she earned her B.A. in Political Science from Hampton University, an M.P.A. from North Carolina Central University, and her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

In 2020, Tyler Comer was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. She is an active member of the Fiduciary Section and is authorized to practice in the Superior and State Courts of Georgia, all lower courts of the State of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Tyler began her legal career as a prosecutor for the City of Atlanta. Her passion for estate planning led her to specialize in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, while also guiding clients through probate processes. She further honed her skills at a large international law firm, becoming a top estate planning attorney, where she managed probate litigation and established guardianships and conservatorships.

As the only child of a physician and an engineer, Tyler is a Christian lawyer dedicated to her community. She actively participates in her sorority, church, and enjoys international travel and volunteering, particularly advocating for the elderly.

Tyler is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the Georgia Bar Association, Gwinnett County Bar Association, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL), and the Atlanta Bar Association, particularly within their Estate Planning and Probate Sections.
