Kirk Emerson Gilliard

Kirk Emerson Gilliard is a renowned attorney located in Augusta, Georgia, with expertise in criminal law, personal injury, and family law. He earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was recognized as the 1992 University of Georgia Mock Trial Champion. Additionally, he graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, where he served as Vice President of Phi Kappa Theta and was a member of Phi Delta Phi.

Mr. Gilliard is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Georgia, and all Superior and State Courts throughout Georgia. He holds the position of regional Vice President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defence Lawyers.

He has actively contributed to the State Bar Young Lawyers Division Ethics and Criminal Law Committees.
