Todd Boudreaux

Todd Boudreaux graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to practice law in Georgia that same year. In 2003, he achieved certification as a Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification, further enhancing his credentials in 2009 by becoming a board-certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist.

Mr. Boudreaux holds the unique distinction of being the only attorney in Augusta - Richmond County, Evans, Martinez, Columbia County, and the CSRA certified in both Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law. His expertise extends beyond legal practice; he serves as a panel Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Southern District of Georgia, Dublin Division, appointed by the Office of the United States Trustee.

In addition to his trustee duties, Mr. Boudreaux is actively involved in professional organizations. He is a director of the Bankruptcy Section for the State Bar of Georgia and a member of the America Bankruptcy Law Institute. Moreover, he contributes as a director of the Coastal Bankruptcy Law Institute.
