Jennifer Hothem

Jennifer Hothem began her legal career at 18 as a paralegal while studying History at the University of Georgia. Her passion for advocacy was ignited early on. During her second year of law school, she adeptly balanced her studies, two clerkship positions, and welcoming her first child. Jennifer completed two distinguished terms in the Superior Court of Hall County, serving under the Honorable Jason Deal and the Honorable David Burroughs.

After graduating from John Marshall Law School in 2016, Jennifer founded her own law firm, specializing in household and child advocacy. Over four years, she dedicated thousands of hours to courtroom representation and led hundreds of civil cases. Her role as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem for children in North Georgia, many of whom were victims of neglect and abuse, further honed her advocacy skills.

Jennifer's extensive courtroom experience and dedication to child and family advocacy inspired her to co-found Davies Hothem Injury Law with Kristy in 2021. They bring a wealth of skills and an unwavering commitment to justice, particularly for those affected by injury or wrongful death.
