Kristy Davies

Kristy Davies has spent over a decade as a passionate advocate for personal injury victims and their families. Kristy received her J.D. from The University of Georgia and also holds a law degree from Florida State University. Her legal career began as an Assistant State Counsel in the First Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she litigated numerous cases as a lead prosecutor. Kristy is licensed to practice in all state courts of Georgia and Florida, including the Georgia State Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts. She has been honored as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star and was selected for the 2016-17 GTLA LEAD program for her leadership in the legal community.

In 2021, Kristy founded Davies Hothem Injury Law, with the mission of bringing hope and healing to her clients and supporting her community. Her firm partners with local non-profits like Gateway Domestic Violence Center and We Care Hall County. The Davies Hothem Domestic Violence Fund provides financial support for survivors of domestic violence, assisting with legal fees necessary for divorce and child safety.
