Mandy Moyer

Growing up as the eldest of nine children, Mandy Moyer developed a keen sense of fairness early on. At 16, she committed to ensuring fairness in all aspects of life. Initially, she focused on aiding individuals and businesses in planning for future events, including life’s inevitable challenges. Personal experiences, such as a family member's death and her mother's dementia diagnosis, highlighted the urgency of these issues. This realization led her to pursue a career in law, where she could assist families during difficult transitions.

Mandy's journey as a lawyer began with a desire to improve traditional legal approaches. While working at a firm, she was motivated to find better ways to serve those affected by personal injury and other life-altering events. A pivotal moment was the unexpected death of her grandfather, which gave her firsthand insight into the overwhelming nature of estate administration and legal complexities. Disheartened by traditional practices, she left private practice to explore new paths.

Her subsequent role as a staff attorney and chief deputy clerk for the Forsyth County Probate Court provided valuable experience. Mandy mastered the intricacies of the probate process, witnessing the struggles of grieving families navigating the legal system. This experience inspired her to establish Georgia Probate Lawyers Moyer, LLC, a firm dedicated to offering responsive and compassionate representation to families facing the death or disability of a loved one.
