Charles S. Herman

Charles S. Herman began his journey in Sylvania, Ohio, graduating from Sylvania Southview High School in 1993. After serving four years in the military, he was honorably discharged in 1998. He then pursued higher education at Virginia Tech, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Planning in 2002.

Returning to Toledo, Ohio, Mr. Herman attended the University of Toledo, College of Law, where he graduated in 2005 with a Certificate of Environmental Law. He then co-founded a law practice in Troy, Ohio, specializing in criminal defense, probate, and family law matters.

From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Herman worked with a renowned Plaintiff’s law firm in Savannah, Georgia. His practice areas included labor and employment law, personal injury, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act claims, and criminal law. He provided counsel to unions and represented clients in a wide range of cases, including social security disability and both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases in state and federal courts.

In 2014, Mr. Herman returned to Toledo, Ohio to establish Charles Herman Law. He has since returned to Savannah, Georgia, where he remains committed to delivering exceptional legal services. His practice is built on strong client relationships, emphasizing responsiveness and dedication to client needs.
