Sharon F. Jones

Sharon F. Jones, a native of Atlanta, has dedicated over three decades to practicing law, with significant courtroom experience throughout Georgia. Before joining Meriwether and Tharp in Savannah, Sharon owned a general practice law firm, focusing on family law. Her diverse practice has included handling civil matters such as real property disputes, probate, contracts, and personal injury cases.

Sharon is particularly passionate about representing children, having served as a guardian ad litem in private custody disputes and as a child advocate in Juvenile Court. While she is a tenacious litigator, Sharon also values reaching amicable settlements to minimize the emotional and financial burdens of divorce proceedings.
