Ashley L Hughes

Ashley L Hughes is a distinguished Partner at Evins Oliver Hughes, LLC, focusing on General and Business Litigation. Before joining the firm, she gained extensive experience at several Atlanta-area law firms, where she adeptly represented both plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes and professional liability claims. Her legal expertise extends to probate, intellectual property, real estate, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Hughes is also committed to legal education, frequently serving as a presiding judge in undergraduate mock trial competitions. She earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where she held leadership roles as President of the Environmental Law Society and Vice President of the Mercer Technology and Intellectual Property Society. Her academic achievements include receiving the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Patent Law & Litigation and participating in the ABA Regional Negotiation and Arbitration Competitions.

While at Mercer, Ms. Hughes was an active member of the Mock Trial Team, serving as both Team Leader and Counsel. She completed her litigation education at Kennesaw State University, further enhancing her skills in the field.
