Bruce Millar

Bruce R. Millar is a distinguished attorney with a Doctorate of Law from Emory University School of Law, earned in 1993. Before attending law school, he graduated with Honors in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Mr. Millar has an impressive track record, having managed over 100 cases in Federal Courts and hundreds more in State Courts. His expertise has led to numerous interviews on national television networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX. His cases have frequently been highlighted as lead stories in the Daily Report, Georgia’s largest judicial news publication.

An active participant in the legal community, Bruce regularly instructs at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) conferences, sharing his knowledge on State and Federal litigation best practices. Beyond his legal practice, Bruce is deeply involved in community service, sponsoring and volunteering with various charitable organizations.

In his personal life, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife, Tanita, and their children, Peter and Christina. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys activities such as skiing, hiking, running, boating, and cycling with the LevelUp Cycling Club. He also takes pleasure in working on cars in his garage.

Bruce holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a perfect 10.0 rating from AVVO Lawyer rating service. He is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the National Top 100 Trial Lawyers. His professional affiliations include the American Association of Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, ATLA, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Clayton County Bar Association.

Mr. Millar is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Georgia, including the Georgia Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar Association.
