Karmel Sunzette Davis

Karmel S. Davis leads her practice at Karmel S. Davis & Associates, PC, focusing on consumer and business bankruptcy, wills and estate planning, general civil litigation, and real estate matters. Since January 2012, she has been serving clients with dedication from her office in Douglasville, Georgia.

Ms. Davis earned her graduate degree from Thomas Jefferson Law School and completed her law degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law. She was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2003. During her studies, she gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Linda Morrissey. Her academic journey began at Fort Valley State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Political Science in 1997.

In her professional capacity, Ms. Davis is actively involved with the legal community. She is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Georgia Bar and the Douglas County Bar Association. Her admissions include the Bar of the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Court of Appeals of Georgia, as well as the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.

Committed to community service, Ms. Davis has contributed to Georgia Legal Services and was honored with the 2008 GA Pro Bono Award. She also participates in the Douglas County Task Force on Family Violence, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community.
