Lorena Lee Saedi

Lorena Lee Saedi, a partner at Saedi Law Group, focuses her practice on bankruptcy, business, and tax law. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services in federal bankruptcy law, ensuring each client receives personal attention and cost-effective solutions to their financial challenges.

Before establishing Saedi Law Group, LLC, Ms. Saedi co-founded the consumer bankruptcy firm Saedi & Wells, LLC, where she gained eight years of experience. Her career began as a corporate attorney, representing technology companies in various legal matters. In this role, she drafted corporate technology policies, prepared both domestic and international license agreements, and provided daily business counsel.

Ms. Saedi has extensive litigation experience, having handled numerous cases in the bankruptcy courts of the Northern District of Georgia. Her work includes creditor actions to enforce foreclosure sales, debtor objections to creditor claims, and motions for sanctions related to creditor misconduct.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Saedi is a respected lecturer on bankruptcy issues and regularly addresses community and corporate groups about debt management, bankruptcy, and asset protection. She actively volunteers with the International Refugee Committee and the Special Olympics of Georgia.

Ms. Saedi is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bankruptcy Lawyer Institute, and the American Bar Association.
