Andrew Ashby

Andrew Ashby is a highly skilled trial attorney with a focus on catastrophic personal injury, defective products, and chemical exposures. Practicing in 15 states, Andrew holds a record verdict in a prominent South Georgia county. His expertise encompasses claims related to defective automobiles, aerial lifts and cranes, ATVs, boats, industrial equipment, and various consumer and household products. Notably, his litigation efforts have led to four nationwide recalls, some issued amid ongoing litigation.

Andrew has achieved significant verdicts and settlements in cases involving trucking collisions, auto crashes, complex multi-car pileups, industrial injuries, and foodborne illnesses. His work has resulted in two eight-figure awards and numerous seven-figure awards. Many of his cases are referrals from other attorneys, often involving challenging circumstances that require extensive experience and dedication.
