Christopher B. McDaniel

Christopher B. McDaniel was born and grew up in LaGrange, Georgia. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Columbus State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a major in Finance and a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2010. He then attended Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his time at Mercer, Chris actively participated in the Mercer Law Review and the Mercer Advocacy Council.

While in law school, Chris gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Jeanette Little at the State Court of Troup County in LaGrange, Georgia. After completing his legal education, he practiced at a notable business litigation firm in Macon, Georgia.

In 2015, Chris shifted his focus to representing individuals and businesses affected by others' negligence. His dedication to his clients was highlighted in 2019 when he, alongside PWMC partners Brandon Peak and Joel Wooten, achieved a record-setting $280 million verdict in a trucking case. Chris has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts and has contributed to securing over $357 million in settlements and verdicts for his clients.
