Tyler Pritchard

Tyler Pritchard practices law from Bodewell's Columbus, Georgia office, advocating for injured individuals in Georgia and Alabama. Since beginning his legal career in 2015, Tyler has managed a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, negligent security, nursing home and assisted living negligence, medical malpractice, and government liability.

As an accomplished trial attorney, Tyler has successfully represented hundreds of clients in front of juries, judges, mediators, and arbitrators. His legal expertise also extends to appellate advocacy across various case types.

Before joining Bodewell in 2023, Tyler acquired valuable experience representing corporations and insurance companies. This background is instrumental in handling the complexities of personal injury claims for his clients at Bodewell. Tyler's extensive track record allows him to effectively advocate for his clients throughout every stage of their personal injury claims, from filing with insurance companies to achieving jury verdicts.

Tyler holds a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, and a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Alabama. During law school, he contributed to the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, the nation’s oldest law review focused on trial advocacy. Tyler is also actively engaged in his community, serving on the Executive Committee for MidTown, Inc., the Board of Directors for the Historic Columbus Foundation, and the Columbus, Georgia Board of Historic and Architectural Review.
