John Webb

John Webb, an accomplished attorney from Covington, Georgia, has been a pivotal figure in the legal community since joining the firm in 1997. His practice, which focuses on Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, is built on extensive trial experience gained from prosecuting criminal cases in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit between 1994 and 1996. As the team leader for these practice areas, Mr. Webb has handled hundreds of civil and criminal disputes.

Mr. Webb's academic journey began at the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of the Arts in 1986, followed by a law degree in 1994. During law school, he contributed to the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law as a member of the Editorial Board and served as its Notes Editor.

An active participant in the legal community, Mr. Webb is a member of the Henry County Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, and several other prestigious organizations. He has been on the Board of Governors for the State Bar of Georgia since 2004 and has held various leadership roles, including Young Lawyers Representative and member of the Formal Advisory Opinion Board.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Webb is an author and commentator, known for his work on the application of the Genocide Convention to alleged crimes in the former Yugoslavia, published in the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. He has also provided expert legal commentary for major news networks such as CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Webb is deeply involved in his community. He is a founding member of Wesley Way United Methodist Church and serves on the Board of Directors for the Hands of Hope Clinic. In his personal time, Mr. Webb enjoys running, golf, and fishing, and is a proud father to two sons, Christopher and Dylan.
