Her mother, a full-time nurse, balanced multiple jobs while attending nursing school, while her father worked diligently as a mail handler. This strong foundation motivated Tracy to pursue her academic and professional goals with determination.
Tracy completed her high school education at Southwest Dekalb High School. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia. She further pursued her legal education by obtaining her Juris Doctor Degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
