Charles Witcher

Charles Witcher began his career in real estate transactions as a loan originator and promoter for the U.S. Small Business Association Loans and U.S. Economic Administration Loans in Augusta, Georgia, from 1983 to 1985. In 1985, he returned to his hometown of Newnan, where he has since concentrated on title examinations and real estate closings throughout the Coweta Judicial Circuit and neighboring counties. His legal expertise extends to probate matters, including the preparation of Wills and Trusts and the administration of estates.

A retired Major from the United States Air Force, Charles Witcher served four years on active duty and twenty-two years in the reserve. He continues to participate actively in local veteran events and initiatives.
