Randy Ebersbach

Randy J. Ebersbach has dedicated more than 30 years to practicing law, focusing on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. His meticulous approach has resulted in millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts across Georgia and the southeastern United States. Notably, alongside his practice partner Brian Lewis, Randy achieved a $7.25 million verdict in Coweta County, marking the largest injury (non-wrongful death) verdict in the county's history.

Randy is deeply committed to his community, actively volunteering with organizations such as The Boy Scouts of America Flint River Council, Habitat for Humanity, CASA, and other non-profits supported by the Coweta Community Foundation. He also contributes his time as a volunteer judge for high school mock trial competitions at the regional and district levels. In the past, Randy has served as both City Legal Counsel and Judge for a town in Coweta County.

He holds membership in the American Association for Justice and is a champion member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to maintaining the integrity and preservation of the civil justice system.
