Charles H. McAleer

Charles H. McAleer, founder of The McAleer Law Firm, P.C. in 2003, dedicates his practice entirely to representing plaintiffs in personal injury, workers' compensation, and contract litigation cases. He has consistently chosen not to represent insurance companies. Each year, Charles McAleer secures millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients and frequently takes disputes to trial, achieving notable outcomes.

After earning his degree from Emory University in 1996, McAleer gained international experience as General Counsel for a manufacturing company abroad, overseeing all litigation matters. He also has significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having drafted and managed numerous M&A transactions and led corporate integration post-merger.

McAleer has shared his legal knowledge as an adjunct professor at the University of Trier in Germany, teaching U.S. law subjects such as judicial research, torts, civil procedure, and contracts.
