David Metzger

David Metzger serves as a partner at Williams Teusink, LLC, where he focuses on a wide range of real estate transaction disputes. His expertise includes landlord-tenant issues such as evictions, lease drafting and negotiation, complex real estate title matters, as well as easement and boundary disputes. He is also proficient in handling land-use and zoning issues, property tax valuation and appeals, municipal code enforcement, and disputes involving homeowners and condominium associations.

In his role as litigation counsel, David has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various civil matters. He has appeared before county courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court, showcasing his extensive experience in the legal field.

David earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from Georgia State University College of Law, following his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Georgia. He actively contributes to the legal community as an officer in the Atlanta chapter of the St. Thomas More Legal Society, where he coordinates the Red Mass.
