Joseph K. Henry

Joseph K. Henry serves as the managing partner of the traffic division at Hendrick & Henry Law. His legal career began as a prosecutor in Metro Atlanta, where he handled cases involving traffic violations, DUI, drug possession, theft, and violent crimes. This experience honed his expertise in Georgia's traffic laws, which he now utilizes to benefit his clients.

Joseph's transition from prosecution to defense was driven by his desire to assist individuals navigating the legal system, especially in traffic courts. Prior to his current role, he defended clients facing charges ranging from minor traffic offenses to serious felonies.

A lifelong resident of Georgia, Joseph earned his J.D. from Georgia Southern University and later attended law school at The University of Miami. He is a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar and actively participates in the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Residing in Atlanta with his wife, Jolie, and their two dogs, Cane and Diesel, Joseph enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, traveling, and watching both professional and college football.
