James J. Bickerton

James J. Bickerton is a highly experienced attorney practicing in Aiea, Hawaii. With a career spanning more than 35 years, he has successfully represented clients in diverse areas such as Commercial and Real Estate Litigation, Consumer Class Actions, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and First Amendment and Defamation cases. Born in England, James has lived in Africa, the Caribbean, South America, and Europe before settling in Hawaii in 1972. He is a graduate of Roosevelt High School in Honolulu and holds a B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a J.D. from the U.C.L.A. School of Law. Outside his legal practice, James enjoys quality time with his family and embraces the thrill of big wave surfing and tow-surfing on Oahu’s North Shore.
