Jan Apo

Jan K. Apo is a distinguished personal injury lawyer with more than 35 years of experience serving clients in Hawaii. He has handled numerous cases, including auto accidents and product liability claims against major corporations, always striving to secure the compensation his clients deserve.

Born on Maui, Mr. Apo completed his high school education at Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, Oahu. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Whittier College in California. Following his graduation from the William S. Richardson School of Law, Mr. Apo began his career as a trial lawyer with a large government office and later advanced to become the managing partner of a mid-sized private law firm. In 1994, he established his own practice, the Law Offices of Jan K. Apo.

Mr. Apo is admitted to the Hawaii State and Federal Court and is certified to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He also served as a Per Diem District Court Judge for the Second Circuit, State of Hawaii, for over a decade.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Apo is actively engaged in the Maui community. He volunteers in Church Ministry at Hope Chapel Kihei, Maui, and is a founding member of the Board of Directors for Assistance Dogs of Hawaii.
