Jordan C. Moody

Jordan C. Moody serves as the managing litigation counsel at Wilner & O’Reilly's Boise, Idaho office. He specializes in immigration law, with a strong emphasis on family-based cases, transactional matters, asylum applications, U-visa petitions, and removal defense. Jordan is fluent in Spanish, enhancing his ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Jordan earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and completed his legal education at the University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, he was the president of the Iowa Student Bar Association, where he led the student government.

Prior to joining Wilner & O’Reilly, Jordan gained valuable experience at the University of Iowa's legal clinic. There, he worked on family-based immigration, asylum, removal defense, and U-visa cases, particularly assisting indigent victims.

Residing in Boise, Idaho, with his wife Cami and their dog Scout, Jordan enjoys spending his free time outdoors, focusing on nutrition, and reading on his Kindle.
